How can I help you?
Psychological therapy is all about helping you to resolve your problems. I offer therapy for adolescents, adults, the elderly, and groups.
My Therapeutic Approach
I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and providing a space which allows clients to explore their difficulties in a safe, supportive, confidential and trusting environment. I take an individual formulation approach to my practice which considers the biological, social and psychological aspects of problems. Within this, I will work with clients to identify the most appropriate evidence based treatment approach within the available time. I am committed to helping individuals to achieve their full potential and identify individual values and helping them achieve their goals.
